Hotel Ternopil

Absolutely loved the location by the pond, perfect for evening strolls. The views from my Junior Suite were fine.

Fairly clean place, great service, very helpful staff. Plenty of outstanding food for meals. The single room with bath and decorative fireplace plus a large bed. Free parking onsite provided. The ambience was quiet.

Everything in this well-maintained and great hotel was excellent, we really enjoyed it. The location was excellent and fantastic yet it was next to downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. The staff was helpful and amazingly kind all the time.

Clean and spacious rooms with a nice view.

The bathroom had a build-up of soap scum that was off-putting. My TV channels, including movies and music, were non-functional, quite disappointing. I found there was no paper and pen provided in the room, standard in many hotels.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, air conditioner, a fireplace and a living area🙂

Even though I enjoyed the place, some of the staff were dismissive.

The hotel offers a great lakeside view and the rooms are clean and spacious, especially the Junior Suite. Breakfast was tasty.

I loved the perfect location. Being right next to the pond made my walks so enjoyable. The breakfast options were excellent, with everything from local syrnyki to fresh veggies. My Junior Suite provided a fine lake view.

The hotel had a great view of the lake, and my kids loved playing billiards in the evening. The beds were comfy, and we enjoyed the clean room.

In my wife's opinion, the Wi-Fi connection could use improvement.

The Single Room with Lake View was pretty comfy overall. The bed was nice and cozy, and I loved waking up to the beautiful lake view every morning. Breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced at 260 UAH. Plus, the staff were super nice and really tried to help. But, there was an odd smell from the bathroom, a bit off-putting. Still, the nice view and friendly service were good.

Great lake views and tasty breakfast, but Wi-Fi was unreliable .

It was just a great fit for a stopover in Ternopil with decent value for money. The staff was friendly when I requested extra towels, made my stay more comfortable. Make sure to check the breakfast timing if you're hitting the road early.

The fine lake view from my room created a perfect backdrop for relaxation. I enjoyed the delicious homemade pastries, a good treat each morning. The room had an odd smell that detracted from the experience, and the maintenance staff's unannounced entry raised security concerns. The front desk staff seemed dismissive when addressing issues, disappointing.
